Allocation protocol

A transparent process in four stages

Every entry is numbered and considered for all four rounds. On allocation day, results are revealed live, starting with the smallest grant and finishing with the Sovereign round.

  1. I

    Choose your entries

Pick the entry package that suits you. Each entry goes into all four funding rounds, and your entries count across the whole pool.

  2. II

    Proportional weighting

Larger packages contain more entries, which improves your chances. Every participant is in the same single pool.

  3. III

    Independent verification

Entries close before allocation day. An independent auditor then checks and certifies the 12,000-entry pool.

  4. IV

    Live allocation

On 13 November, the four rounds are drawn live in order, from the smallest grant up to the Sovereign allocation. The Sovereign allocation goes to ten different businesses; no business can receive more than one, and each recipient is removed from all later rounds.

Secure your place before the pool is sealed.

The pool is limited to 12,000 entries. Once allocation day arrives, it is sealed and results are final.

Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible to participate?+

Small and medium-sized businesses that are actively trading. Each business may hold one profile in the allocation pool.

Is the current entry pricing final?+

The prices shown are provisional. Biz Uplift will confirm final pricing before allocation day.

May I hold more than one entry package?+

Yes. Your entries add up across every round. You are only removed from later rounds after you receive an allocation.

How is the integrity of the process assured?+

Every entry is numbered. The pool is sealed before the draw, independently audited, and every result is broadcast live.

When is payment due, and how?+

You do not pay on this site. After you register and choose your packages, we email you a summary of your entries and the amount due. A formal invoice follows in a later email.

Can I participate in both the SME and Genesis tracks?+

Each order covers one track only. Within that track, you can combine several packages and quantities.

Can one business receive more than one Sovereign allocation?+

No. The Sovereign round is drawn last, and each business can receive at most one of the ten $10,000,000 allocations.

How are recipients notified?+

Recipients are announced during the live broadcast and contacted by email at the address given at registration.

What follows a Genesis track submission?+

Our team reviews your summary and any supporting documents. Shortlisted founders are invited to a follow-up conversation.
